As a graduate of the Scottish School of Reflexology she uses traditional and well worn techniques combined where appropriate with Vertical Reflex Therapy (VRT) - a form of standing reflexology which has only more recently been discovered.
The basic Hypnotherapy techniques can be combined with suggestion therapy for habit changing from nail biting to overeating, or for inner child or past life work.
